Sent for trial offer, only to try and cancel order. Item delivered next day.
Tried phone number various times and e mail address, but could not cancel.
Have now changed my bank card and details and returned item to address on return slip with no RMA no.
This company should be closed down .

- If you return the item with no RMA, they still charge your account. The address is just a front - I live nearby, and went there this morning. The nice security guard says they just take in the returns (of which there have been many) and forward them on. He gave me a phone number, and I managed to get through to the company - 01782 450105 - ring them, and best of luck.

I too have been worried about these companies Slimvida / ColonFlow. I did however manage to get to the bottom of this very sly organisation which main goal seems to be to trick you into paying for products that you only wanted as a 'FREE' trial not £140 per month!! My answer to all of you is contact your credit card company and make sure they do not allow this company to take any money from you let them know it is potential a scam! My bank was then able to locate a CORRECT telephone number unlike the numbers they give you which DO NOT WORK! The right number is a USA line +18882438502 (use skype as its free or very cheap) Ask for a RMA number for both products, once you have this they want you to return half of products ( half because the free trial is 14 days and the content of the bottles is 30 days so if you keep taking them they charge you the full amount!...... Didn't make that very clear did they!!!! ) to a UK address

Make sure you put your RMA code on the outside of your package and include this RMA and your full name and billing address on a piece of paper inside.
Do all this as quick as possible as these scams pray on people to procastinate.

Hello, Thank you for your posts, they really helped as I was going crazy. Thank you again. I called them and received RMA numbers for Slimvida and Colonflow, wrote them down on the papers they had sent and was about to go and post it but fortunately I have checked my e-mail. After calling them they sent two mails informing me that they have received my requests to return my orders and below there are written RMA numbers but much longer than the ones she gave me on the phone. Have you sent the products back already? Which RMA number did you write?

- I got my money back today folks. My local Trading Standards office rang Natural Health Network in New York, and within 3 days the cash was back in my account. Don't give up - ring that UK number 01782 450105 - and tell everyone you know about it too. Their e-mail address is [email protected]

- Hope im not too late. I was checking email to see if my products had been dispatched when I came across this site. I have read all your complaints and comments and taken action. I have emailed the address asking for them to cancel my order, gone to the bank and closed my account. I just hope I am in time for the cancellation, as I placed the order early on the 20th May. If not, I will be ringing the number and seeking more help. Thank you to everyone for all your advice. Good luck.

- I didn't go for the free trail but ordered two bottle and got one free,My experience of the product were, slimvida worked as and appetite suppressant and sticking to a calorie controlled diet i have lost weight . Colon flow is a gentle laxative, two tablets on a night time works for me !! I have not been bothered by the company to reorder and was pleased with the products
