I was first contacted by Full Speed Funding in early July 2010 to join a home business opportunity offering credit card machines to businesses at a cut rate compared to competing credit card processing companies. They made it sound easy. I would pass out my business cards to businesses and tell them the rates would be much better than what they were currently getting charged. They charged me $495.00 initially and I was sent a packet with the details.

However, then the third party "advertising professionals" started calling. The third parties, such as Millenium Marketing and First Source Marketing charged me a total of $31,000 when all was said and done, promising all along that they were getting the qualified leads through my website(s). Success Lending was one of my sites they set up then Success Solar because they were having "technical problems" with the site so they put me in another "program". The websites that I was given were supposed to gather qualified leads and I was supposed to be able to track those leads from the back office, but when I went to look there was little info, just numbers and no way to tell who those leads were and if they were generating income for me. I never saw a penny, although at every turn I was assured that I would be paid. Once they got my money the original plan of going to businesses to sell them the machines went out the window. Then when I called the phone line was so bad that I could only hear every other word or worse. This happened every time I called from then on. I told him I couldn't even hear him. I even asked the man (I don't recall his name, because I talked to so many 3rd parties) how he and his colleagues could sleep at night since they were taking people's money without fulfilling their promises. "We sell leads" he says, "It's all legal." I said I didn't want to have my info given to many different companies for them to scam me like his company had, and I didn't want others to be scammed out of their money either. So they gather people's info so they can steal from them. No thank you. Don't be fooled by slick talkers who encourage you to max out your credit cards with empty promises that you will have a legitimate business. Success Lending has since closed down according to the BBB. Success Solar, on the other hand, has a bogus site up. My "site" with them is no longer available however.

Update: 04/06/2012

Looking back at my records it was actually September 2009 when I was first contacted.
