We ordered all their videos but can't play them on our dvd player or computer. The dvd player doesn't recognize the disc and spits it out. The computer says we need more programs to play it. This was not addressed in the advertising.

They will help you with everything you need. It is a working disc, it just contains videos in a different format. Now we have a new series available. You may either get a new one for free from the new series, which is more user friendly, or get information on how to use the one in your possession.
