We had filled out an app for a loan on Coast to Coast Lenders which sent us a email from Henry Hamilton saying we were approved for the loan and had to get in contact with them. We talked to him about the loan and he faxed us the loan agreement. I looked it over and yes it does look legit.....BUT they were asking for a collateral payment of 1,995.00 which equals six months of payments that is suppose to help out your credit rating.
Since i had done some research on the company we phoned Henry and I asked him why the money up front, AS YOU SHOULD NEVER HAVE TO PAY ANY MONEY UP FRONT and he said it was collateral. I then i said we will not wire what so ever and he was very persistant on telling us thats the only way we would get a loan due to credit rating on which they said there was NO CREDIT CHECK. So Henry then said we could use property or a vehicle as collateral and we mentioned a mobile home and he was supposed get back by the end of the day........funny how we havent heard a word, since we refused to pay the 1,995.00 cash up front. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM...DO NOT BY NO MEANS PAY THEN ANY MONEY, also the company is Draper has surrendered their license...BE AWARE...!!!!
