My husband found an advertisement on the internet in reference to building your own solar panels about 2 months ago. He asked me recently if I had seen anything as of yet to the order we placed in reference to receiving a guide and/or dvd. None has been delivered via an e-mail link for downloadable guide or received through snail mail as of today's date. I immediately went to look at our credit card statements, found the transaction date of 2/10/12 and called the "800" number for Clickbank. I was rushed through a conversation (as I was apparently asking too many questions) and was then asked if I wanted a refund for the product that we didn't receive. I said, of course, yes I would and was then told I would receive a credit within the next 5 to 6 business days. Something smelled of a scam which is why I'm filing this complaint.

The product becomes available as soon as you complete the payment. The member page with the downloadable product appears to you as the Thank You page. You must have closed it by mistake. That happens, and usually customers get a hold of it again by contacting us at [email protected], which is what you should also have done.
