Ordered shoes from www.bagstore.eu. Received oddball confirmation e-mail informing me: The charge will appear on your credit card statement as payment to null. And that they were a professional third party institution engaged in dealing with all disputes among sellers, payment processor and customers. I suspected rip-off. I searched on-line & saw many complaints against fashionpay. I tried to use link provided in email to fashionpay.com & it was dead. I quickly called credit card to cancel order, but it had already charged. I quickly e-mailed cancellation request to three seperate e-mail addresses provided on site. molouhudong , biztoyou , & service1 . I received following communication from someone called " lalamo " at the biztoyou address stating: sorry,if you want to cancel your order,you have to pay 25% taxes and fees.so you can get 75% refund.because this is a internationnal payment,and you choose pay it by Card,so we also can't get your full money,because it have to pay taxes for card. and the refund have to costs a 15% restocking fee. because this is your mistake,and you want to get a refund,so you have to bear this taxes and fees.so you can get 75%,and we also can't get your any one money. it is not good for you,pls considerable,thanks. ==== So, I'm going to assume this 'business' needs to be eradicated. It's obvious some sort of racket & parasite. So far, I have to wait 15 days before I can dispute the purchase thru the credit card. What is upsetting is at checkout, they get all card info as well as issuing bank. Fashionpay, as well as bagstore.eu & what appears to be clone sites of bagsbuy.eu and shoesibuy.com are all connected to the same email addresses. They are all the same racket. PLEASE REMEMBER, WHEN USING SITES, NO REFERENCE APPEARS TO FASHIONPAY UNTIL AFTER PAYMENT WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE EMAIL.
