I too thought this was a genuine free trial offer with only postage to pay, but instead of samples got a full bottle of Perfect Radiance and full jar of RejuvaNew Eyecare. I was charged US$0.95 for postage and US$74.95 for the Perfect Radiance and US$51 for the eye care (so no free samples). I have since received and been charged for one more bottle and jar of each, but have been further charged for two more bottles of Perfect Radiance and one more jar of RejuvaNew Eyecare which I have not received - all of which I neither wanted or asked for. I don't recall ticking a box agreeing to any terms or conditions or saying that I wanted any further products after the trial. So my "free sample" has cost me US$453 since 29 Dec 2011. Each charge was made under a differenc company name. I will be trying to telephone them to cancel the "agreement". I agree this company should be investigated and people warned about them.
