The TV station KATU did a segment on the Hobo Prince Economic Project. False Advertising because they took what facts are available and twisted it to better their ratings. Hobo Prince just wants to help people and is no way a SCAM. God I hate word. Now Hobo Prince is under investigation and has been ordered to stop. Causing thousands of people to have to wait until Mr. Bell figures it out. Scam artists don't stick around, have staff to answer questions and respond to each and every email. It is unfair to those who had been waiting just to get some help in these trying times. So now because of KATU the media junkies who spread fear death and destruction as a way for profit are more concerned about their rating then they are about helping people. And that iIS what HPEP is all about. Not scamming people out of 25.00.

  • First, one wonders why you do not post your name? Are you Mr. Bell or one of his cohorts posing here defending your own scam?
If not, you need to do your research. The Hobo Prince project is not Mr. Bell's first scam. There are some pretty unhappy people in Longview, WA (now ex-friends of Mr. Bell's), that invested in one of his previous projects (the Greenhouse Project), and never saw a dime out of it. And his supposed "proof" of this current project, the IBOE document he posted on the HP website is a complete fraud. All an IBOE proves is that the two people signing it, in this case his disbarred lawyer friend Stephen Louis Wozny and himself, agree that the money exists. That does not mean that the money actually does exist, just that they are saying it does. IBOEs are not viable financial instruments for buying, selling or trading. Next, the notary listed on that document (Sharon V. Viddon or Vudin), is not listed anywhere in the United States as a registered notary...hmmmmm. There are multiple postings on Mr. Bell you can research as well on the RipOff Report website, including a couple by a former employee of Mr. Bell's who names and explains one of his former scams. KATU and others contacted the insurance company in England that Mr. Bell claims to have a contract with as a part of the HP project, but that company has never heard of Mr. Bell and has NO CONTRACT with him. So, Mr. Bell is lying about that. According to his former employee, Shelby tried to get a friend of his to dummy up a fake purchase order for his greenhouse project in order to dupe potential investors into forking over their money. That is not only unethical, but illegal. One does wonder too, why Mr. Bell agreed to be interviewed by KATU, but then never showed up for the interview? Too many reasonable questions he cannot answer? He also no-showed for a hearing with the WA State Insurance Commissioner's office. Then there are those endless delays, which you will see continue, with new excuses.
