They claimed they could help us with our loan modification. They kept drafting the money out of our account and they kept asking for updated records every month and the same story was we haven't heard back from Bank of America yet??? On Thanksgiving weekend, I personally spoke with Drew Alia and he told me that no client under retainer from their firm had ever been foreclosed on.....We are still in foreclosure and haven't received any response from their firm in over 2 months and have called daily. Needless to say, they have been paid in full! Is there anything we can do about this??? I'm not interested in filing a bar complaint seeing that everybody else has chosen that route and got nowhere. I am interested in filing criminal charges with the FBI. This cannot be legal.

Wow, looks like they got you for a bit more than the rest of us. This man has got to be stopped! If you have any ideas with filing with FBI shoot. Also some of us have chosen the Attorney General and Fair Trade commision. I have done all except the bar complaint of which I have not completed. Class action law suit? You can either post response here or my email.

Yes, he has to be stopped! I can't believe he has gotten away with what he has done so far! How is that possible? I feel so freaking stupid! My dad worked in the District Attorney's office for 30 years and was the Chief of Police in our City. My mom works for a Judge and I have worked for an attorney/Judge for the last 11 years. How did I miss this? I did my due diligence on these people before hiring them and found nothing, now I can't find anything good about them. My husband wants to just count our losses but I'm pissed (lol). Who is this Drew Alia guy? Has anyone actually ever met him? Does he only specialize in modifications? Or does he practice other areas of law? If so, we can bring this person down. He will never be an attorney again!!

I can't believe I was either, I was in business Multi Million dollar enterprise for over 20years. I thought I too had done my research. However, the more deeper one looks, the more one finds on this man. It is totally unscrupulous what he has done! You see these things on American Greed, scams etc, but never believe it could happen to you, until of course it does. This has been one hell of a journey for my family (as I am sure it has for yours). My husband just let's me handle everything. Drew has been very rude, talks in circles and plays the blame game when he is the problem. We can research him and find a complaint board her, one there etc. But how many people has he scammed that have chosen to "cut their losses"? I bet my house it is a ton.

I too feel stupid, I thought I researched as much as possible and found nothing. I still should have known better. So far, the only justice I was a part of was reporting him to the BBB, he is now not rated at all after all the complaints...that was a major point for me when we signed up, he had an A rating with the BBB, no longer though! We must combine forces and fight his arrogant, greedy, scammer!
