ORDERED PHOTO REFILLS ON APR. 1, 2011, DID NOT RECEIVED THEM BY JUNE SO I CALLED AND WAS TOLD THEY WAS BACKORDERED TO SEPT. 2011. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD RECEIVE IT IN 4-6 WEEKS, CALLED AGAIN AT THE END OF JULY AND WAS TOLD THAT THE CHECK WOULD BE MAILED THE FIRST WEEK OF AUG. I CALLED AGAIN ON AUG. 8, 2011 AND WAS TOLD THAT MY REFUND WAS NOT MAILED. THAT IT WOULD BE MAILED SOMETIME IN AUG. WAS TOLD TO CALLED TAYLOR CLARK, CALLED AND GOT VOICE MAIL LEFT A MESSAGE FOR HIM TO CALL ME.
