This website charges $6.99 for "changing your postal address", a service which USPS charges $1.00 for simply in order to verify your identity. There is no benefit by using their services--USPS asks all the same questions, and it takes the same amount of time. I am not even sure that they actually submit your Change of Address request. I sent an inquiry to their website asking someone to contact me. All I received was a Refund Confirmation email back--no explanation.
