Lean Slim Ultra / Lean Slim Cleanse

This company flashed up on the right hand side of Face Book saying that you could get a free sample of Lean Slim Ultra for the price of postage, i looked into this site and on the website and there was nothing saying that this would be a free trail but you need to cancel within a few weeks otherwise your account would be charged, so armed with that information i decided to go ahead pay for the postage and receive my free trail. After receiving this product i noticed that further payments had been taken from my card totalling $168.36. I rechecked the site to see if there was anything that i missed and there is nothing anywhere to say that i will be charged every month, it wouldn't of been so hard to accept if i had received any other products but i'm being charged for products that i have never had. After speaking to customer services and a gentleman called Nick Williams who agreed to credit my account and to keep the free trail and should any other product arrive to send back to the Fullfillment centre in Georgia, this was in Dec after several months of waiting i decided to contact again and where i was shouted at and the phone put down on me several times, i then spoke to the manager who also screamed at me and told me that i needed to return my products to obtain a refund, products i told her i have never received. Not sure what to do now i have these on my card which i cant afford to pay never agreed to and and deeply upset by the whole experience. Why are these companies still trading and why do people like Face Book have them advertising on their site.
