Yes, I would NOT hire this firm. I don't believe Fieldstone is even a law firm. The ADR thing is nonsense marketing hype. $5700 is high for modifying a loan, and certainly should not be paid upfront and as to a 90% success rate... it's just more marketing hype. If such a thing were true, a legitimate firm would never advertise it, as it would set expectations improperly and too often lead to people filing bar complaints.
Don't do it.
Now... what are you trying to accomplish? Get your loan modified? And you live in California? Did you send me answers to the questions I asked about the balance of your loan or your gross monthly income? If you tell me where you are and who your servicer is, I can very likely help in some way... and I never say anything I'm unsure of, so I don't send anyone down the wrong path... ever.
