Before or around 7/15/11, I ordered a slice 0 matic and just the same as the complaint that I read happened to me. I was very careful filling out the form and the square to be checked asked how many and naturally a person would think 2 since 1 is suppose to be free plus S&H. Immediately at the end I was charged $67.94. I immediately called back and was suppose to credit me for one set. I still have not received anything except when I check it always stats that they are on back order and will receive it in 15 days. It also states that $33.97 was paid on 8/2/11 (they took it out of my account) and it also shows a balance of $33.97 and two account numbers, both showing a balance of $33.97. I still have not received any notification, i.e. email, mail, phone call of any means as to the slice o matic arriving. Something needs to be done with these people that are scamming or whatever it's called. TV should check on these people and not let them take the money when they are supposedly be on backorder or at least give notification to the people.
