I purchased a timeshare from Colonial Crossings in 2009. They sold us the timeshare based on these promised amenities: an underground waterpark, horseback riding facilities, fishing facilities, and spa facilities, etc. It is now 2012 and none of these facilities have been built. We have recently found out that they don't even have permits to build these facilities. We are very disappointed and would like to legally get out of this contract as well as recover some of the money we have put into this situation. It doesn't seem right for them to be able to get away with this false advertising.
