HAD A CALL FROM A MAN CLAIMING TO BE FROM MICROSOFT SAYING THAT HE WAS NOTIFIED THAT I WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY COMPUTER, WHICH I WAS , TOLD ME THAT MY WARRANTY HAD EXPIRED AND FOR $299.00 HE COULD RENEW IT FOR LIFETIME PLUS A ANTI-VIRUS FOR $39.00 A TOTAL OF $338.00.
SOME DUDE ENTERED MY COMPUTER AND PLAYED AROUND FOR 2 HOURS DELETING SOME FILES TO MAKE MY COMPUTER RUN FASTER. "IT TOOK OVER 25 MINTUTES AFTER SHUTTING DOWN AND RESTARTING FOR MY COMPUTER TO COME ALIVE. IT STILL RUNS VEEERY SLOW. REBOOTED AGAIN, SAME PROBLEM.
LUCKLY I WAS ABLE TO GET MY BANK TO STOP PAYMENT.
