I ordered the comfy control harness through telebrands after seein the commercial which advertised the product for $10.99 and offered a buy one get one free deal. I ordered it over the internet and instead of charging my credit card for 2 harness they charged me $59.95 for 3 harnesses. After a week and the prodcuts had not been delived I called to inquire about when they would arrive. After waiting to speak to a telebrands employee for over an hour, She told me that the products were out of stock and would not ship until April 23, 2012. Therefore, I decided to cancell my order. The telebrands employee gave me an order confirmation number, her employee id, and her name and insured me that my credit card would not be charged for the items since they have not yet shipped. Four days later I recieved a package from telebrands that included the 3 harnesses, even though I had previously cancelled the order and I was told they would not be shipping until April 23, 2012 (which is over a month away). I have been trying to contact Telebrands for return information, however I have not been able to reach them. My credit card was charged the $59.95, two days after I had cancelled my order and recieve the cancellation confirmation number.
