I SIGNED UP A BASIC SERVICE TO CLEAN MY PC LAST YEAR. DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR POOR SERVICE. THEY FOUND SOME PROBLEMS ON MY PC AND WANTED MORE MONEY TO FIX THEM. THEY KEPT ON PREYING FOR MORE PAYMENT. I GAVE UP ON THEM TOTALLY. WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION AND TO MY SURPRISE, THE ABOVE CHARGE APPEARED ON MY MARCH 2012 CREDIT CARD BILL.

- I am wondering if you were able to contact mycleanpc to request a refund or complain at all as I just discovered the exact same charge for April 2012 on my bank account. Were you able to resolve this situation?
