WHY CAN,T CROOKS LIKE THIS BE STOPPED. i'M 71 and handicapped and financially strapped and this notice put my pacemaker onto hi and the heart said ow! I am a lucky looser. I recd this notice on March 31st 2012 Financial acquisition agency is the Co. sent the notice through Mail. I am glad I Didn't get hooked and wish to warn others of this scam. EKU,NC
