Just like the rest of the complaints, I got the letter, saying it was guaranteed by state and federal law, I should have seen the red flag, but wanting so badly for it to be real, I mailed the 20 bucks anyway. Don't be a dummy like I was. There should be some way for all of us to get our money back! Isn't it illegal to do what they are doing???
