I spoke to the man who answered their calls (Randy) for them to fix a defective thermocoupler in my outside firepit. I was assured the entire price would be $79.95. After a series of phone calls explaining why they were not keeping their phone calls a service man finally showed up and spent less than 10 minutes with my wife. To the best of our knowledge, no new part was ever installed and the the problem was not fixed at all. I notified Randy several more times and was promised they would return, make a proper repair, and correct the original invoice to the quoted amount. Nothing was done. I am afraid these folks are less than reputable and are operating a "scam" business. I would not recommend them and advise you give great consideration before deciding to use their services.
