I thought I was ordering a cook book for $5.95 and would receive a Wal-Mart gift card in the amount of $100 for free. When I checked my bank statement a charge of $99.00 was on my account from value-pass.com. I called my bank to dispute the charge and they looked into it and gave me 800 # to call and when I called that # it was to apply for a Capitol One credit card. Total dead end on the #. To this date I have not received the book or the gift card. This was a total scam.
