The person said he was from microsoft and our computer was having trouble. My husband gave a credit card to add a Microsoft protection service. The bank called us because they were suspicious. We were able to cancel our credit card. They misrepresented themselves. This a total scam

- Has anyone been able to resolve any of these complaints, about people calling and saying there from microsoft and that you have a ton of viruses that they need to fix your computer bfore it crashes.i fell for it and my computer runs crappy and i researced this scam , this is very bad you need to change all passwords and bank info ,anything important to you they just hacked your computer and stoll everthing from you.We are still in process of doing all this .No matter how hard i have been trying they are fighting me on the refund , and they sware there not crooked
