I wanted info on criminal background of someone, so i signed up for 1 yr with a one time payment of $15.99. I went to that site for info after paying and instead it sent me to another page, asking for another fee. Another one time payment or a 4 day trial for $2.95 and after the 4 days a reoccurring charge of $19.95 a month. I paid the $2.95, tried to look up info and again was sent to another page asking for more money to upgrade, in order to get info. I then went [email protected], the page they listed as the cancellation page. I had only had services for 1 hr now and was not finding my info or a way to cancel. I tried the "help"page. I filed a complaint there and requested to be canceled immediately!! I also noted that i was printing my cancellation request for proof. While looking for other ways to find the right page to cancel i came across these sites with others who have been ripped off by this company and who also cannot find a way to cancel. I am requesting that Inteligator cancel my subscription and refund the money i have been charged immediately, i also am giving them in writing my NON PERMISSION for any more charges to my card!!!
