Paid upfront for discount vacations. Have only had excuses and promises since! These people are scammers. Promised $400 credit on a cruise and got nothing. Were told we could get a discount on a cruise we already booked and then someone else in their company said we could not. They are hard to reach, do not return calls, and have three tiers of companies that they blame one another on. We went to the presentation in Gatlinburg, TN but they have other operations in South Carolina and North Carolina. We requested a refund right away and just referred us around and around. They ignored the BBB complaint. Spread the word to stay away from these folks. Also know as Vacations Plus Travel.
