I ordered the free sample with the $1.95 shipping. When I did not receive a confirmation number directly from the sight or by email, I became suspicious. I found complaints from people who had been charged for a "membership". I called the DermaPure #(888-589-3380) and canceled my order. The person I spoke with asked if I just wanted to receive the sample without the membership. I explained that I didn't sign up for a membership and wanted to cancel the entire order. I was given a cancelation number and promised a cancelation email. I did not receive an email. I called my credit card company immediately. They have removed the $1.95 charge. If any other charge from this company surfaces, they will dispute it for me.
