Laser Perfect LP Cosmetics

I used the company Laser Perfect. The tech had told me about another company LP Cosmetics that did other laser procedures. I scheduled an appt to see a physician. The dr cancelled the appt. I never called the company back to reschedule as I thought it was very unprofessional to cancel with a note on the door.

When I was pulling up my charge history from my PayFlex/ Medical Reinbursement fund as I do every year in Dec., There was a charge for $1500.00 from LP Cosmetics for a procedure I never had done or authorized , nothing. I wondered how they got my Paylex card and the procedures I had done at Laser Perfect gave to them, I found out they are the same company. Because the charge was made in Jan 2011, Master card stated that I waited to long to file a claim. Even though this not your tradition mastercard account. It can only be used for authorized Medical expenses. They stated I would have to go after LP Cosmetics. I can get touch with the company. I have called both companys several times.
