Bought an apple computer to do video slide shows on. Sales people and That Apple website tells us it comes with the programming needed to create slide show and burn it to DVDs for distribution. When tried , turns out that even though They specifically say it included iDVD, it does not. When the worst customer service experience I've ever experienced they tell me I'll have to purchase more programming to fix the problem. Seems a lot like buying a new car only to find out it comes with 2 wheels and there will be a large extra cost if you want 2 more wheels.
