I never check my credit report, I want to know what is my current score, I search on google for instant credit report. And google show www.freecreditreport.com to me. I am attracting by free report. I log to the website. On its home page, it show Get Your Instant Credit Report & Score for $1. I just want to check a instant report and it is only $1, no big deal. I click it, it ask me to enter all information. I entered it. and saw my instant score. After that I never used it again. I did not know they are hiding some information that I automatically signed a monthly membership. I found out on my credit card after they charged me three or four times on end of Feb. 2012. Then I called in, they said, I signed a monthly membership when I log in first time for the instant $1 credit report. I ask my money back, saying I didnt even used my membership,they said they can only credit half payment of the current month. I said, "ok, credit the half payment of that month, and cancel my membership" they said,"ok, everything is down." Today,March 29, 2012, I check my credit card again, I saw they still charging my card for monthly membership, I called in again, they said, they did a error, they are going to credit the charge back. This is definitely not a creditreport company, this is a fraud company. keep cheat on all customers with fraudulent information on their website.
