Received this email from a Krystin Stillman. Had to check up on it considering I just enrolled in college a few days ago for a BA in Transportation Logistics Management. Here's the email I received:

The firm was launched in the purchasing industry with a few peoples, doing small job such as transportation of goods from store to purchaser,etc. The company's strength has always been 'getting the work done no matter what charges the project brings'. They labor every day to find new and better service to consumers to fulfill every wish.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Organize relationships with potential buyers, and establish contact with the suppliers
- Understand contract documents
- Negotiate with suppliers for best possible solution and alternate solutions keeping firm business requirements
- Coordinate with the project superior
- Once the job is done, make weekly reports, based on assignment sheet
- Execute budgets, and bills inspection; ensure budget updates; specify price changes due to vendor changes
- Matching between the firm, client, manufacturer and any other third parties that would be affected with the project
- Give analysis on the impact of pricing and availability on purchasing decisions
- Operate very efficiently with business group to give information regarding the competition, potential manufacturers, pricing forecast and distribution issues
- Increase and maintain effective consumer relationships and the organization structure
