I got an official Mail delivery which states Award noyifacation commission official notification amout of funds for winner deglegation 2,000,000.00. winner disburment funds payable by selective option in a thirty year annuity or lump sum cash allocation . it goes on to say it is a real document of issuance and as long as i send it in with a check or money order for 11.89 i will be officially declared the winner. it also staes fee of 11.89 must be enclosed as required by Award Notification commission if electing to secure the premium offer purchase for delivery. failure to enclose fee will void positive purchase option and invalidate delivery thereof at once. i sent it in yesterday and this morning i was on PCH and wanted to ask them if they had sent it,in my thoughts i believed they did but they claim to know nothing about it "But I think they do" i am a very poor person i get 500.00 a month i just cant believe they would scam people like this.
