Responsibilities & Main Duties:
- Build relationships with consumers, and contact with the manufacturers
- Monitor order paperwork
- Consult with manufacturers for best possible solution and variable solutions keeping firm business needs
- Work closely with the project manager
- Once the job is finished, provide monthly reports, based on assignment sheet
- Stay within budgets, and bills control; give budget updates; update price changes due to manufacturer changes
- Matching between the firm, customer, manufacturer and any other third parties that would be indicated with the project
- Guarantee analysis on the impact of pricing and availability on business decisions
- Operate very closely with team to provide information regarding the competition, potential entrants, pricing forecast and quality issues
- Manage and maintain effective supplier relationships and the matrix marketing structure
