As of January 31 2011, I won an approved amount of $1800 that was supposed to be released to me on February 9 2012 by Paul from accounting.
I have sent many emails inquiring about the reason that the money was never received and all i get is that they are tracking the money. I then hit another jackpot of $5000 with the same casino which I still have not received payment. We need to please resolve this issue ASAP!!!! If i do not get a response on this matter to my satisfaction, i will have no choice but to pursue a legal action. I hope it does not com to this....PLEASE !!!!!! DO THE RIGHT THING AND PAY TO ME WHAT IS OWED!!!!
