as with some people that complained here, i just ordered the free sample, got it, never used it; and since there were no instructions on fate trial period, i never returned it. I got pregnant and was told not to use it.
in the website there is no way to ask to stop getting the shipments, i sent an email, and have been trying to call but got no answer.
i got a few days ago, a second shipment, but had no previous notice that this would happen, not by email, not by phone.
i want to send it back, but i can't get to talk to anyone to get the information to do so.
I want to get all my money back, because when i ordered the free sample i made sure that i didn't have to pay for it, (this happened to me once but with a more serious company that sent me a reminder so that i knew that was happening, and had time to return the product).
I find that it is very disrespectful for consumers that we can order something so simply online, but that it is so difficult to stop it.
in over two months i had no news from them, and suddenly I am being charged for the FREE sample and the second shipment i NEVER ORDERED.
I want a refund and to return the three pieces i have, and never even tried.
