Made a phone call from a WiMacTel booth - had quarters and tried to use them, but the phone would not accept quarters. So I used my credit card, and found later that I had been charged $34.52 for a phone call of about 90 seconds. It says clearly on the phone "Long Distance: 10 minutes for 50 cents". I was not informed at the time of the amount of the charges. WiMacTel claims that if you listen to every part of every recorded message that there is an option to find out the charge amount. I never heard anything like that, and even if it does exist it is obviously purposely "hidden" - because duh, no one would use this service if they knew about the exorbitant charges!
