Jessica Andrews represented herself as a legal assistant working for The Jameson Group out of CA and gave us links to the company, BBB to check them out. She nor does the negotiater assigned to our loan modification work for the The Jameson Group out of CA but work for a comapny out of Tampa, FL called Jameson Lee Group/Direct Mobile Media, Inc. This has been a nightmare. Our credit card company is trying to get our money back and Bank of America refuses to talk to our negotiator as he is belligerent and disrespectful. We've been working on this for a year and are basically starting over and BOA will only deal with us directly. The real The Jameson Group's legal team is going after Jon Aponte/John Echevarria the other name he uses for fraud as they have used their name and letterhead on all legal documents that we and Bank of America have received and signed.
