I ordered the Probiotic cleanse trial offer and paid $4.95, from BioSomatic. They did not work. I tried to phone the UK no. 08455280540 several times to tell them I would not be ordering any more and why. Every time the automatic answer response was that I had caught them "out of hours".
Biosomatic proceeded to take $69.95 from my account on two seperate occasions, without even sending any more pills.
Fortunately, when I could not get a reply from their phone number, I notified my bank and warned them about this company and any payments they might try to claim from my account. The bank has CREDITED my account with the 2 payments that BIOSOMATIC claimed.
I sincerely hope this letter will help others to remember to NOTIFY YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY immediately you smell a rat! As a precaution notify them anyway, as soon as possible after giving your payment details online with the amount which you have authorised the company to withdraw from your account and no more.
