The shoes they sent were falling apart before I even got them. I want to return them and they are now saying that I need to pay a restocking fee of 20% but in the clip below it says nothing about a fee.

Q:What is the return policy?

A: If you are not satisfied with the product you receive from us, please contact us within /*seven*/ days of receiving your product. It is our responsibility to provide every customer with complete satisfaction -- no questions asked! Please make sure that products have not been worn at all before sending them back to us. I will repeat: the products must be unworn or we will reject your refund and return the merchandise to you. After we receive the returned package and verify products to be in its original condition, we will refund your purchase price directly through the credit card you paid with. Customers are required to pay return freight on all returns. Please ask us for our RETURN address prior to returning your products.
