i applied for a loan with leeds valley in December 2011 they said they would be able to get me one for a fee of £50 .i could only get a garantour loan i told them this isnt what i wanted they said they would search for other lenders, i waited to feb an still nothing so i called them and asked for my money back they said to write a letter i did this over 3 weeks ago and i still havent recieved the money in my account . I have rang them and they keep telling me they are have thechnical issues and would refund my money within 3 days the last phone call was 2 weeks monday. Will i get my money back or hav i been scammed
