I ordered some gold for an online game called RuneScape through this site. Made the purchase, got the receipt, got the sales person on their online chat client, and they refused to give me said product, and told me the only person who could help me was a manager. When I asked to speak to the manager, the salesman told me the wait was 10 hours. No flexibility, and no customer service. Refused to service me.
