From what I have read the exact same thing happen to my wife and I. We were approved for a loan of $5000.00, but had to put up one years worth of payments because we did not have good credit or any collateral... so we did, took also everything we had to do in hope that this money would be there and again like everyone else....NOTHING!
Spoke to couple of guys by the names of "Jeff Hill" and "Lucas Penny" and when we sent our money via Western Union, says it was picked up by a person by the name of "Vlad Blenert." That being said this is what we did. We filed a report with our states AG office, local police and with Western Union. Your local police can subpoena Western Union for documentation and video and from I understand is that Western Union can not release any monies without proper ID, and they are VERY willing to cooperate with the authorities cause there name is on the line as well. I have some what come to terms that we may not get our money back, but I will do all I can so that this doesn't happen to hard working people who just need to catch a break or just need some breathing room. "Jeff Hill," "Lucas Penny" and "Vlad Blenert" may not be your real names but God knows who you are and if you don't fear the wrath of God... you should!

- After reading everyone's comments, I am pretty sure I was ripped off by a company named "Mutual Credit Solutions." I was just browsing other issues on here and came across people saying they were scammed by "Colonial Lending Group." It all sounds the same. Are these horrible people claiming different false company names operating as one, and preying on people who need a break? Please read both issues from both companies and someone please let me know if this sounds suspicious?
