After considerable research to find a site that offerred free access to public records, especially criminal records, I gave up and decided to sign up with a search group, namely info tracer.com. I was given 30 credits for my money. I did two searches (two people): one search revealed that the company did not find any criminal records and I was not charged; but on the other search, the company found criminals records. I immediately noticed that each criminal report listed were duplicates of duplicates of duplicates of duplicates (same court number). I was charged 25 of my 30 points!! This is an outrage, an absolutely outrage. If I had known that I would be charged almost all of my membership fees for just one search, I would have never signed up. Major rip off. Do not buy services from this company. Save your money. Worthless.

I have an email receipt from Paypal. I saved as a document to attach but I got an error message to convert to jpg, etc. I was not successful.

Did you get a refund?
I had the same issue with them I paid to print a report but was told I needed to buy more credits, this site is simlply a scam site! -
