I tryed to cancel the order when I detected what seemed to be some type of scam, the "whoknewbooks sellers" were using . I wanted to cancel the order, but the set up they have, would-not let me cancel.
I now know the catch is: they get your credit card number, first, then they have you in a position where they will take your money reguardless, and sent you what they want to send, reguardless of if it's whats you wanted to order or not.
I also noticed they were using a "push a number" on the phone, to get you to posibaly accept things unknowingly(by pushing the wrong #),...and if you failed to push a number, they would switch you to another area...in my case they switched me to a area that said I had won a trip.... at this point I knew they would-not let me cancel the order, so I hung the phone up.
NOTE: I thought is was safe to check out the ...whoknowsbooks.com... web page being that it was advertised on T.V.
