My name is John E Doran, designer and creator of the DOM, Dugout Manager that originated in 2005. As an IT Project Manager and Network Engineer over the past 20 years it was vital to every project to maintain detailed documentation throughout the projects life cycle and save that documentation for various reasons including any possible legal actions that may arise during the project and for many years after a project. From the start of the DOM, Dugout Manager engineering and design I have followed those same practices. Details of the engineering, design, red lined drawings and revisions that created the Patent Pending DOM, Dugout Manager have been maintained. Along with documentation, we have an awesome team of Professionals, Family, Friends and a great many people throughout the Softball & Baseball community here in California and across the U.S. that have witnessed the evolution of the DOM, Dugout Manager. Both my patent attorney and personal legal counsel informed us years ago that all great ideas will be attacked and attempts to copy and or steal it will be made.
We have the utmost confidence and are prepared to do the next right thing to protect our Families, Property, Innovated ideas and hard work from anyone and any anonymous entity. -
