I just got the exact invoice you got. 4 months past due. I called and they said my Sales Manager approved this charge. I had them play back the recording where he approved the charge. It is amazing these guys are allowed to go free with this type of scam. They are shameless. The "Sales Manager" is a counter person and would never approve a $599 charge without speaking with me.
What they don't know is we are not a small company and I'm no chump. I'm going to file every complaint known to man. Federal Trade, BBB, Consumer Reports, Consumer affairs.
They called themselves Public Yellow Pages when they faxed me the same bill.
