I recieved 2 tubs of DermaScience and NuVisage cream ( in the past few weeks) and have been charged $81.39 and $91.05 twice. I have been trying to contact the company who keeps mailing out these items to inform them to stop sending and charging them to my account but to no avail. I had only signed up for samples which were surposedly $10 in total, without obligation of purchasing the products.
There were no accounts or receipts enclosed with the products, so I am unable to successfully track down the company who is responsible for sending and charging. The only address which shows on the packs is P.O Box 30816. Salt Lake City, UT 84130. I live in Australia, so I believe I have been charged for the postage included. I cannot afford to keep being charged for an unwanted product, and I want to know how to contact this company to put a stop to this.

- There is no way stopping them! You have to cancel your creditcard ASAP so they can not make another withdrawal!
