Ordered their 'Divorce KIt' guaranteed to provide forms specific to you state and county. For $644 dollars I was sent 50+ pages of blank forms w/no instructions.
Phoned for help with the forms. The woman's help was incomprehensible, so I made an attempt on my own. Turns out only about 10 forms were relevent to my case. Nevertheless, I took all 50 pages to the County Clerk to file. She looked at all the forms and said that NONE of the forms were acceptable for filing. Not because I filled them out wrong, but because she had never even seen these particular forms. For $644 I got fifty pages of useless paper. Called the company and was refused a refund or the proper forms, despite thier guarantee. They even refused to give me their address/location. (Not on their website either). Claimed their guarantee was only for 90 days, even though the website doesn't say this. I explained it took me 90 days to even get their forms and that the were the wrong forms no matter when I attempted to file, thus not living up to their guarantee of forms specificly for my county and state. Upon check reviews online, from various complaint forums, I found dozens of similar complaints. NOT ONE form was accepted by any court. Everyones forms were totally worthless. Noticed complaints from MI,NY,NC,VA,TX and NV. Everyone was refused refunds.
So for $644 and a guarantee you get 50-100 pages of totally worthless paper and NO REFUNDS. I have filed complaints with MI Attorney General and NYC BBB.
