I needed to order my girlfriends birth certificate, they advertise 18 dollars in huge letters. I understood the extra fee because it needed to be rushed, about 30 extra. I end up getting charged 75! Then 5 days later I got charged 50! What can I do???? Most websites have order summaries when placing an order, this site doesnt tell you what your total is or will be. Its simply up to them. How is this legal!!!???? I want my money back
