Was offered an ecigbrand trial pack at really reduced price as reward for completing an online survey. Took the offer. This was last month. Never thought any more about it but in post this morning got 2 boxes of refill cartridges that I NEVER ordered and found I was charged £73.98?????
It was a reward for doing a survey and never said anything about extra refills etc. Not happy and not sure how they got my details!!!!
Update: 03/22/2012
I phoned the number on the .com branch and following the discussion I have been sent an email with cancellation code etc to return to depot. Will let you know.........
