after i had singed up i was put on waiting list to chat then i was cut off without warning and i stayed on few min thinking she will come back on bec the reader screen froze. then i was tranferd over to another reader and i waited anothe 2 hours before i could caht then i was kick of again.. now i cant login at all..how can i get my money back??
